  • I called this service company to replace my springs. Tony came out and just replaced one spring. I then politely raised a point that it wont do me any good if only one spring gets changed because the other one would shortly break after a couple more cycles. And that I am paying for two springs. He then got so rude and spoke a lot of non-sense. Long story short this technician Tony of Cactus garage displayed dishonesty and incompetence when after a few weeks my door was back to a broken spring again. A very poor service from a dishonest company.
