  • Do not go to this Urgent care or the office for primary care. The front office staff is incompetent, it's taken several weeks to get RX request approved on multiple occasions. The Drs at this office are a joke, if you need care that exceeds more than a band-aid or basic anti-biotics go elsewhere. The providers at this office were incapable of diagnosing hypothyroid, even though I had the symptoms for over 1 year and had over 10 appointments within that time. I switched Drs and sure enough after 1 visit I was given a DX and received the care that I desperately needed that this office couldn't provide.
