Last night I came to this escape room after a disappointing experience the first time with my friends where they had a room that was not reset properly. This resulted in our team not understanding the puzzles that linked together and the staff that was handling the situation handled it poorly and without care. This resulted in us generating a review on Facebook which promptly received a response from the owner apologizing on behalf of the staff and team and offered us an opportunity to come back for another room to experience on them.
Needless to say, we returned for the Unforeseeable Pyramid and it was definitely one of the most challenging rooms yet at this location. The owner Kenneth was very responsive and customer-service oriented that I was thoroughly impressed with his interaction after our first experience. Further to the fact that he was the one monitoring our room to ensure that it went flawlessly (though a lightbulb burnt out in one of the puzzles which also caused some confusion for us), he allowed us some more time at the end to try and solve the last puzzle piece.
At the end, our team had a small chat with him on his experience as an escape room owner and he was very open about his story and approachable overall. Thanks Kenneth for sharing your time with us :)
