I bought 2 cars from this dealership.
The first time was 2008, back to the time when I was a poor student. I picked a used civic I like and told the sales man my maximum budget. He didn't trash my price, worked around it and took care of everything. I am very grateful and would give five stars for the 1st time.
The second time is this week. My old civic broke down and I decided to get a new car since I commute much more now. The original salesman I used already retired, so I have to find a new salesman. The first salesman who greeted us is a gentleman in his 50s, very patient and very helpful. Remind me all the good memories I had 5 years ago. My husband and I cannot decide between Accord and CRV, so we went to dinner to take a break. After we came back, the first salesman had to deal with other customers and sent a younger salesman to take care of us.
The younger salesman is much stiffer. When it came to the price negotiation, he would not let us talk to his manager, pressured us a lot and forced us to sign on a piece of scratch paper to finalize the sale .
The lesson I learned is to schedule enough time with the salesman you like. The senior the better. Younger salesman usually cannot make a decision on the price and have rougher attitude.
