This was literally the worst experience ever. We walked in one night after getting a call from Mark about a new Lancer. We left that night after signing all the paper and everything with the car. I wish it was a simple as that. The next night we get a call that we need to yet again drive the 30 miles back to the dealership because we "missed forms". When we got there they informed us that the price was even higher than quoted and made us yet again sign more paperwork. Almost 2 weeks after we had the car we got urgent calls that the financing (which we thought was taken care of) requires more documentation than what they thought. After submitting this we assumed that everything was taken care of but NOPE!! Almost 3 months later and 2 weeks of hearing anything with no warning $500.00 was drafted from the account of the other half of the down payment. No one ever told us that the car was financed. Forgetting the date that we authorized this payment to come out i shot a text message to the finance manager Anthony who said it was all taken care of and sent me documentation of the 2nd half which was FORGED from the original paper (which was a white piece of paper which they wrote the card number on and had him sign). Since this obviously was not legal documentation they decided they where going to take it into their own hands and sign it for us when i brought it up they said it was managements authorization signature however it was clearly our name. The only good thing they have done was refund us for the car payments from the car we traded in however if i did not bring it to their attention i am sure they would of never refunded the difference.
