  • 5 stars all the way!! We had been to about 5 different dealerships as I am just starting with my credit and I wanted to find the best deal. Findlay Chevrolet were by far the most amazing car dealership experience I've ever had! They were super patient, kind and really helpful. They didn't try any cheesy sales tactics and were very honest and so nice. Michelle was our sales manager. She took her time. Also, sold my car into carmax and she drove across town and picked us up and brought us back to the dealership with a smile on her face the entire time. Ramon, the financial manager, was incredible to work with. Didn't try to sell us on unnecessary warranties, he listened to what we needed and made it so easy to close the deal. We were able to be in and out within an hour. Totally recommend, was never a Chevy gal but that has definitely changed. As soon as I'm ready for my next car, there is no question where I am heading!
