  • Tom Albanito, the principal at T&C, is wonderful. Do you trust your current mechanic? Do you even have someone you think of as your mechanic? If the answer to these questions is no - and if you are taking your car to a dealer the answer should be no - then you owe it to yourself to check this business out. Tom is an experienced mechanic flying solo, with all the equipment needed to do everything but the most major of repairs - like reboring a cylinder maybe. He spent lots of time on my old Yukon making sure everything was perfect. Even refaced the oil pan around the plug when he did an oil change because he thought he saw some weepage from a screwdriver knick. Gosh I wish I still lived in Phoenix - he would still be nursing my old girl along. Do you like the dentist who knows so much about his work and is so passionate about it he has a constant monologue going about what he is doing? I love that kind of service provider and that is how Tom will be about your car. You will know everything he did in detail and he will be consulting with you every step of the way about how much you want to spend and new vs refurbished parts options. Not the cheapest guy in town, not the most expensive either, and your car has never had this much TLC. No hidden agenda with Tom. His objective is to get your car running well, without cutting any corners, and keep it working for you for as long as you want to hold onto it. Period. If you want PROFESSIONAL service at a decent price, look no further. Across the street from the Deer Valley Airport. Easy to rent a car if you need to go to work - Tom will drop you over there I am sure. Can't recommend him enough.
