I used to really like this place, went there a lot. But my 4 year old daughter was throwing up the meat sauce lasagna from this place all night every hour for 6-7 hours, starting 5 hours after she ate it. She is fine again this morning, but went through the seven levels of hell last night. I called them this morning and was extremely polite considering the situation, sharing what happened and asking if anyone else had shared issues with the food last night. They were very uncompassionate, saying "we are well versed in food handling" and "yeah a lot of people are getting sick lately" like she had a stomach bug or something. She had a stomach bug for just 7 hours, exactly 4 hours after she ate your lasagna? Come on guy, I know you're not looking to take liability, but you can at least express a little concern about my child (and at least ACT like you're going to be more vigilant) if you're going to avoid taking responsibility. It's not like she had a $3000 hospital bill I was asking you to pay for, or like I was being rude or yelling. A lot of families go there, and I just wanted to give the restaurant a heads up so they could do whatever they needed to do for this to not happen to another sweet little kid again. Poorly handled aftermath AND food poisoning. My advice? Stick to the pizza rolls/dryer food items if you insist on going there. Stay away with the littler ones until they have a bit stronger stomachs!
