| - Stopped into Three Spirits Brewery on a recent business trip to Charlotte, my time was limited and I only had one night to myself so I knew that I wanted to check out another local brewery and luckily Three Spirits was less than 5 minutes from my hotel. I arrive on a Thursday evening and found a nearly empty brewery, however it didn't take long before people started to show up. Inside you will find a slightly more industrial feel with open spaces, however there are some more private seating areas separated by a partition, which seemed perfect for a more casual gathering.
During my visit I ordered two flights, sampling about 75% of the available beers, I even was offered a sample pour of their King Rassafassa, limited release. While I enjoyed all of my beers my two favorites had to be the Sweet Memories (Oatmeal Stout) and Ghost of Pumpkin Past which just so happened to follow me home in a growler. Both were delicious however the pumpkin seemed to be the perfect balance of pumpkin, cinnamon, nutmeg, all with a slight chocolate finish.
Prices were reasonable and the service here was great and their bartender was top notch, and very knowledgeable. He even made several additional recommendation of places to eat and drink while in town.
Overall Three Spirits was solid experience, and I wouldn't be surprised if I stop in again next time I am in town.
