  • I am glad I chose the First Choice Moving. I got Denzel and Tummy. They moved my 60 boxes to the truck from third floor in less than half an hour. It would take me 2 weeks, if I was going to do this myself. Denzel is a super strong and extremely fast strategic mover who puzzled my boxes into a small storage unit, still leaving it with lots of spare space. He also adjusted the more important boxes to be on top, and less important on the bottom according to my suggestions. Tummy is a great driver of the huge truck that they have and smoothly got us to the destination and back the shortest way. They were right on time and I got charged for 2h, as the office previously quoted me. Additionally, they gave me a ride back home. I will be recommending these particular guys to anyone who needs movers, its really not worth to do this yourself. They are very professional. The lady at the office promised to send me a confirmation e-mail three times and she never sent it, but the guys made up for this, I would still choose this company, although I would prefer to skip the office and just hire the guys, as she could not even send me a confirmation email that I asked for 3 times, I don't know what is she for. 5 stars for the movers, 2 stars for the office lady and about 3 or 4 for the Louis who answers on Yelp. I got impression that these guys are too professional to work for these owners who sort of lack an excellent customer service skills. If my movers switched companies, I would go after them.
