  • I went to Mastermind Toys for the first time to look at potential gifts and was curious to see what they sell. Initially the staff was extremely friendly however after looking around for not even 3 minutes a male sales associate came up to me and asked if I needed help, to which I replied that I was only browsing. What he said afterwards is what shocked me, he said "Oh well uh I guess just keep looking around then, see if you find anything, not that I care." All while rolling his eyes and sounding fed up. The attitude he presented was horrifying and made me feel extremely unwelcome. I left the store immediately and definitely won't ever be coming back, at least not with that guy's passive aggressive attitude.
