  • I didn't buy from here but spent quite some time looking and speaking with the sales associate. The rings are stunning but I felt very pressured by the salesman. Whenever I tried to ask a question that I thought was valid and relevant he wouldn't give me a clear response. He would either talk over me or move on to a completely different topic, thinking I wouldn't notice. My mom and I left and went to Spence Diamonds nearby and were blown away by the difference in customer service (Spence was incredible and we learned so much in just one visit). It could have just been that one sales associate but I don't think I will be coming back anytime soon.
