  • I have looked hard for the perfect stylist, and I think found her at Chatter's Airdrie. The manager Rath, and the rest of the staff here are incredibly friendly and eager to help. Chatters trains their staff frequently, as I know Rath has been to several conferences, including sessions in New York as recently as this past fall, and other Redken-sponsored events. Now, the downside about bragging about your favourite stylist is that people want to book in with them, and it makes it harder for you to get in yourself. That being said, all of the stylists here try hard to do a great job, and they won't rest until you're happy. I have pin-straight hair, and a good haircut is hard to find, but I get it, each and every time. Everyone is knowledgable, and the more experiences stylists are quick to lend a hand if the younger ones need help with technique or product information. I've moved away from Airdrie, but I keep coming back to this location because of the great job and amazing personality that Rath has. If I have one complaint, it's that booking times can exceed 3 weeks at "peak" times, so as a tip, be sure to book your next appointment before you leave the salon after getting you 'do done.
