  • I didn't actually use their services. I called today because I noticed that my refrigerator door had been left open all night. And while the freezer seem to be working okay,the refrigerator was warm. When I called and talk to the sweet lady on the phone, she told me to unplug my fridge and let it sit for a while to see if it would start working again. She didn't want to charge me for something that might not even be broken. You don't really find people like that anymore. Usually companies try to charge you for anything they can. I appreciate her honesty and her time and I will always use and recommend them in the future. Thank you again!
