  • Booked an appointment via text (this is the future, guys) for a pink dip dye on my medium length hair. Hannah was quick to respond and she was able to give me an appointment on short notice which I was very appreciative for! Now on to the hair: it came out almost perfectly, a few shades darker than I wanted but the stylist ensured me that the shade I wanted would take a few washes. His english wasn't great but it was enough to guide me through the process so inevitably, he wasn't much of a talker. Being extremely awkward, I was thankful for that. My one gripe is that the price Hannah gave me was different from the one I got from the stylist when I arrived and again different from the one I got from her in person. It kept raising as she assured me that it was still cheaper than other salons. Kinda frustrating when you're on a budget but it's hard to say no when she's pressuring/guilting you like that.
