  • First, let me say I spent a solid 2 days trying to find music stores in Cleveland that might be interested in purchasing my flute. For whatever reason, Sam Ash never came up on the listings searches I made. As soon as I called them, I breathed a sigh of relief, because A. They answered the phone right away! B. They actually sounded like they were happy I called! and C. The lady I spoke with was very helpful and told me yes, they would certainly be interested in looking at my flute. Fast forward 24 hours. I walked into the store and was immediately helped. I received a very fair price, and helpful advice. The store itself was large, and from what I saw everything really looked polished and on point. The only thing I can't comment on are the prices of the other instruments, because I am just not familiar. But kudos to Sam Ash for being professional and helping me out.
