  • OMG I wish I would have read these reviews BEFORE I bought the Groupon !!! Same thing happened to me!! I had a 415pm appt I got a text (that I saved and will show the BBB) at 10:16pm the night before saying she had to CANCEL and fly to Texas because her Grampa had a stroke !!! She promised a free treatment. At first I was pissed she cancelled with such short notice but then how does one predict a stroke? Now I wonder if that was even true. So I told her to fly safe and get back to me when she is home and that I'd say a prayer for her grampa. She said she would be back Thursday, she text me Monday night and was to be leaving for TX Tuesday. On the Friday of the same week I got a text saying "Do the unforntunate family emergency that left your appointment cancelled. Unfortunately the next opening isn't until 6/6 or 6/12. Due to this we would like to offer you a FREE treatment towards your pkg, but also a FREE treatment of your choice." I replied with "How is your Grampa?" NO REPLY. THen I text "I will do 6/12, what time?" NO REPLY. So today 8 days after the scheduled appointment date, I text again, nothing, I called, guess what? No answer, message box is FULL ! Big suprise! Damn, I wish I had checked Yelp! I will be filing a formal complaint with the BBB I will be printing all the texts as evidence as well as ALL the reviews from Yelp and driving my a$$ down to the BBB office to make sure this gets handled ASAP ... AND .. I will be reporting this to Groupon and getting a refund. And if somone here can send me this persons name I will try to get her license revoked based on all your comments.
