| - I've been wanting to take my son here for years but with the Vegas weather extremes, the opportunity was always passed up. My nephew had his 4th birthday here and finally made our way here. Overall, my son and the other kids had a grand ol' time! The downfall was the weather! It was a bit nippy and we weren't dressed warm enough, so it was a struggle to actually enjoy the Go-Karts and whatnot. The party had unlimited bands for 90 minutes and to me, it wasn't worth the money. Either they look into changing it to two hours or lessen their price. Reason being, they should take into account the time spent waiting in lines and waiting for the workers to gas up the Go-Karts. It wasn't that busy but waiting already takes about half an hour altogether. I guess it's hard to say the experience wasn't fully grasped and worth every buck.
The server, Amari, who helped with my nephew's party was really nice! The manager, on the other hand, had no customer service skills whatsoever! My sister won more than a thousand tickets on one of the games and I guess needed assistance...no smiles, no small talk, nada from her! You'd think at a kids spot and being the manager, she'd be extra bubbly and full of energy? Nah. Another downfall to the party was the food came out super late! Everyone was so ravenous, it wasn't even funny.
