  • "It's All About Service" When you walk up to the counter, you meet one of three Administration Specialists at Foothills Sports Therapy. Talina is very knowledgeable with all insurance plans. She makes you feel welcome and helps you keep track of your schedule, times of appointments and she finds a commonality with you so that each time you come in, she greets you and asks you how your day is, Etc. That's great because you can spend an enormous amount of time at Physical Therapy, sometimes 3 times a week, so its important to feel good about being there. Sunni and Candace are also just as helpful. Sunni keeps you up to date on your co-payments, and is also helpful with insurance plans. She is always smiling, which shows how much she enjoys her job. Candace keeps it real by showing empathy when your dragging yourself in for a session, and your just exhausted from your day. She'll say something funny, where you just laugh because you can relate to her. The owner truly cares about his staff, as I've seen where he treats them to a coffee on Fridays, and he values there opinions and will call them over to point an issue out with a patient. You really are in good hands here. This is, hands down the nicest physical therapy/workout facility in Phoenix. I'm glad that I go here and the staff members are cool enough to mention by name.
