Ordered product and it arrived damaged. I called before touching box. I told customer service it was damaged. They asked me to open and sure enough it's damaged. The customer service agent was so rude I started laughing right at them. They expect me to hold on to the product for three weeks while I wait for shipping claim. Fast forward I had to call my bank and dispute purchase bc I was refunded half of the cost. Everyone needs to know summit racing is owned by the same person that owns dx engineering. IMO run away from these types of companies.
