Finally made it to try the Large Marge, due to a page on my EWP #CLTFoodiePassport, and we definitely went home happy. Moo & Brew not only ranks up at the top of burger options in Charlotte for their food, but the people watching and patio make for a great experience.
While I was sad they had run out of the tall skewers for the items included with the iconic photo-worthy Large Marge Bloody Mary, it still hit the spot on a nice Sunday afternoon at 2pm. Their Fresh Produce burger was a good lighter option and the rosemary, truffle, and sea salt fries were savored while sipping on a sour beer.
It was especially nice to walk in right when a small table opened up outside that was both in the shade and against the wall, which allowed for a great environment for our toddler to not have to sit still during the meal and not get into trouble. Our server kindly brought a smaller water cup with a lid and straw, so great job on service.
There are obviously plenty of other places to grab a burger in town and even in Plaza Midwood, but if you want a relaxing environment with a solid portfolio of craft beer taps, Moo & Brew has it dialed in.
