I'm torn between 3 and 4 stars.
On the one hand, my technician was really lovely and she did a good job on my lashes.
On the other hand, I told the lady on the phone in advance that I had an applicable WorkPerk, which she knew about and said would be no problem to apply. I mentioned it again to the lady at the desk when I first arrived. She said "Okay", which led me to believe she understood, however, when I went to check out, she had absolutely no idea what it was and neither did her colleague.
Despite having the WorkPerk open on my phone (similar to how Groupons work on any cellphone), she didn't know what to do with it and tried calling her manager. When her manager didn't answer, she looked through the computer and realized that it was available and was actually real. She then asked for ID... I provided proof that I worked where I worked but thought the entire transaction was a little unprofessional.
