We came here on Saturday with a large group of friends. I made a reservation, but I didn't need to as it was dead.
This is a newer place and it's kind of in an odd location. Hopefully for them, they'll survive due to the food.
The only reason I didn't give it 5 stars: They only have 1 type of tequila. It isn't very good and it comes with a nice little hangover the next day. So beware.
We ordered the guacamole--it was super good. Nice and full of avacado chunks.
Shrimp and fish tacos -- I didn't have any, but my fiance said they were delicious.
I ordered the Waygu beef steak. It doesn't come with tortillas, which it should. But I did order flour tortillas as a side. Mine was almost cold...but everyone else said their food was hot.
The steak itself was really good and cooked how I asked. It wasn't as tender as Waygu noramlly is. And it was a little overpowered by the cumin. So that was nice to taste the rest of the night. :|
Everyone else loved their dishes. We did have someone order shrimp enchiladas, but it was chicken. They did comp her dish.
Our waiters were super friendly, and very attentive. They were quick to refill all of our drinks, and the dishes all came out in a very timely manner.
I would love to go back and try some more dishes. I just doubt it'll be any time soon so we live way up in the NW. But I hope it continues to do well!
