It's been a very long time for this review to be written. I have been a LONG time continuing patient of Dr. Mishra. I have been fortunate to have found a endocrinologist that I feel comfortable with and it is necessary for me to have regular visits with this are of specialty. The back office Team has been wonderful every time I have visited and followed up with phone calls and Dr. Mishra is a great Dr. to have on your side. I have viewed the many negative reviews for this business and will suggest in general as a patient it is very important to have a relationship with your doctor that you establish that relationship. If there is an issue, provide your concerns to the appropriate person and if that means bringing that up with your specialist, please do so. I have experienced this and brought up my concerns about matters of the front office and those concerns were taken in positively and let's see if those positive changes are implemented. However, I cannot reflect that with the entire practice. Dr. Misha's medical assistant Martina is absolutely wonderful and returns my calls in a timely manner, is professional and I could not imagine the practice without her. As a patient I have felt great with my care and ongoing treatment plans which is monitored regularly since I don't have a thyroid. I encourage patients to consider being Dr. Mishra's patient, she has indeed helped me in great way with my day-to-day living with hormonal balance.
On occasion there may be a bit of a wait time even with a scheduled appointment, but I also allocate enough time that I am not in a hurry to get in and or get out. Every patient is entitled to inquire about their health and healthcare, so with that I fully understand and I am empathetic to that and with this in mind I am not pressed for time. For the most part I get in on time and have a very limited wait time and I am greeted in amongst the back office with dignity and respect with happy, smiling faces. :)
