| - This company probably has the most rude immature receptionist I've ever experienced in my 20+ years of customer service. She was a child, literally, like barely legal to work, and acted like it. Raising her voice when I kept asking logical normal questions, and ultimately hanging up on me. I never got rude, vocal, or used the adult language I really wanted to. She even employed caller ID so once she hangs up on you and you call back, she just picks up and puts you on hold until you give up. Sometimes in life you have to deal with exceptionally unprofessional people and the companies that employ them, with no choice or fault of your own, but if you have a choice - move on. These guys are the worst at professionalism, politeness, and customer service - the worst.
