  • Rude, unprofessional and aloof customer service not only from the employees but also one of the owners or the owners son. (not sure of his actual title and possibly named Zac) I might also add beware of the "quality" of their products let alone the "assembly" I should have done my homework on this place of business before conducting business with them, shame on me! I have taken my business else where to ensure great customer service, quality and most importantly MY safety and likely will sell this product after just a couple months of owning
