  • Can't say my first experience here was good. The front desk staff was professional and personable however my technician was highly inexperienced and not impressive. After she got wax caught and messed up in hair, of which she didn't remove and left, I asked how long she had worked there and her reply was a week. I could definitely tell. Not sure I would go back though I have heard Kate is good. I may possibly go only if I had her. Rachel was NOT worth going to. My only other complaint was that the rooms are cold both literally and figuratively. The other place I always went to was a spa and not nearly as sterile looking as this place.
