  • Lame. They say they clean sheepskin on their website so I called for a quote. Me: hi, I would like a quote to clean a sheepskin rug. Lady: do we do that? Me: your website says you do Lady: oh. Is there a tag with instructions? Me: no Lady: then we wouldn't know how to clean it? No tag, no cleaning. Thanks for your help.
