  • I ordered a Pittsburgh/Chicago Rare/Black and Blue steak and it came out grey and with faint grill marks. The PIttsburgh Steak Company cannot make a steak to correct pittsburgh rare doneness? Food was just thrown on the plate, with no consideration for appearance. And it was not busy in there. Pathetic.
