Cox Cable has the WORST service and equipment. Calling Customer Service is a nightmare because they have no clue what they are doing or what any of thr Cable TV error codes are. It's almost a sure thing that they will create more problems with your system. Their equipment will not last more than few months before you will have to replace your cable box. In doing so, you will lose ALL programming and programs you have saved! For over $200 per month for movie channels and almost all available TV channels Cox is NOT worth the nightmares you are headed for!
