I like this place plain and simple. I was dearly missing Philippines and what better way to be reminded of my friends back home than coming here and chatting it up at the bar all the while enjoying a nice cold Red Horse. Or two or three.
Bartender recommended the chicken wings. Granted people come here for the pancet, sisig, and crispy pata all of which I've enjoyed in a group setting with friends and coworkers on previous outings. Back to the wings, for the price you get a solid amount of wings. I enjoyed the garlicky onion taste and made two meals out it. So good.
Even back home after reheating the leftovers I was still impressed with the taste.
There's a whole array of people that come here and that speaks volumes of how welcoming this place and the Filipino community is. Black, Latino, White, Filipino (obvi), Pacific Islanders all gather here, making the mix eclectic for sure and everyone has fun. I've learned this is the Filipino place to go as even other industry workers come here after their respective places close.
Have always had a solid time here and will keep coming back for that cold Red Horse :)
