  • The rink is gorgeous, but The CityScape Parking at 1 E Washington is pumped full of noxious fake scents. Garage employee told me the air freshener machines were on and blowing at full blast. It was so obnoxious & nauseating. It permeates your whole car. I wonder what they are trying to cover up? You can actually taste the nasty chemical scent in the air.. ugh. The elevators are full of *fake* scent too! I will avoid this whole City Scape area in the future, including the Blue Hound Grill.
