UPDATE: I'm a very honest person. And, even though I still give zero stars to the two ladies, Nicole & Mary, for being very rude & bitter. I must tell you that I received a very wonderful phone call in the morning from Martina, the general manager. She sincerely apologized for the behavior of her employees & she promised me that she will make things better. She seemed very genuine & sincere. She also asked me about three times to please come & visit again! I now think differently about Hoover dam lodge and I hope to visit someday in the future. Hopefully, there will be either different employees there or the former employees will be a lot nicer & show good customer service. Thank you so much, Martina!
