  • I was recommended to Dr. Page by a former co-worker, and based on all the good reviews here I was looking forward to going. I called and my first words were that I wasn't a patient. As I was in the middle of explaining what I needed the receptionist blurted out "birthdate!" I said that I hadn't been in yet, and told her that she interrupted me. I heard this loud noise on the phone and thought she had hung up. I said hello, and she said that she was listening but her tone was incredibly rude. If she was in the middle of something when I called I would have gladly held instead of having to experience what I did. Not a great first impression. The search for an eye doctor continues unfortunately.
