  • Check in was quick and simple since we are Hilton Honors members. Our room was on the 6th floor by the elevator. It was QUIET !! The 2 room suite was fabulous. It was clean and cozy. The mattress was unusually comfortable for a hotel bed. We enjoyed the managers "cocktail party". This an Embassy Suites thing that takes place from 5:30-7:30 nightly. You get 2 drinks and a few (VERY few) snacks. The drink selection was awesome. The bartender could make many mixed drinks and they also had 2 beers on tap and wine. Our room included a "cooked to order" breakfast. That just means that someone will make you an omelet. They also have a large variety of fruit and cereals. The eggs and potatoes (and other hot food) was COLD !! They had no stereo or vessel to keep the food warm. The toaster didn't toast the bread at all. Coffee was delicious ! All in all, it's a great place to stay. Near Charlotte Motor Speedway and Concord Mills Mall.
