Heater/Furnance was not working so through my Home Warranty they sent me this L & S. Felix came out took 5 minutes to just look (actual starred) at the heating system and said it was ok (didn't flip any switches) and stated that it was the programmer. They said they would have to come back to replace it which I thought could have been done right then and there. He said I had to make another appointment. Now mind you I have children in the house and it was freezing. (63 degrees) He even commented on how cold it was when he entered the house. So the first appointment they gave was 6 days later! Had to take off another day of work. To make a long story short my heater has been off and on heating the house, it wasn't the programmer and have made another call to my Home Warranty to request a new service with another company. When Felix replaced the programmer I mentioned that I wanted one that was programmable because that was what I had before. When he said it was all done noticed that what he replace it with was an non programmer. So disgusted and NOT HAPPY!
Will update when these new guys come.
Would not recommend L & S and have also notified my home warranty company.
