BEWARE of being charged incorrectly. This is by far the worst Starbucks that I've been to. I ordered a new drink called coconut milk mocha macchiato that they featured on the board, with a price of $6.45 on the Starbucks board. After I paid and reviewed the receipt, I was charged $6.95 for a caramel macchiato and an additional charge for coconut milk. I pointed out that the price on the receipt is different from the price on the board, the barista argued that she charged it correctly because they don't have a 'button' on the machine for the new drink, hence, the extra charge is to make the exact same drink that should be cheaper. And she went on about how they pressed the right buttons and they are a casino franchise. at the end, she said she will reflect that to the manger, and she did not even offer to correct my order. When I asked her what will you do to CORRECT my order? Then she reaches to her phone and call the manager over.
This entire exercise is retarded. Customers don't care about what buttons you have to press to make the order right, at the end of the transaction, maintaining price accuracy is a standard practice, not a luxury to have regardless of whether you are the real Starbucks or a franchise.
