  • My wife and I have stayed at many resorts thru Interval International since we have owned time shares and this is one of the most accommodating when it comes to their staff that we have ever seen. Everyone has gone out of their way to take care of us and handle any issues that came up. Everyone is friendly and really make you feel welcome. I am an instructor and one of the classes I teach is on customer service. I have always felt that good customer service is what sets a company apart from others and the people at the Sheraton Desert Oasis are the best. Thank you for a wonderful stay.
