  • I was recommended by some trusted friends to have my bridesmaids dresses altered and my wedding gown done at this place. I first went with high hopes and relief that I would be taken care of but that wasn't the case. I first brought the bridesmaids dresses and thought the price quoted was a little high. However, I was trusting quality over anything else and peace of mind especially during this time before the wedding. They said that it would be done in a week. I came to pick them up a week later to find that one of the dresses was sewn wrong and not even wearable but they realized the mistake and said they would fix it. Then I noticed the other dress had some stains on it and pointed it out. They then proceeded to blame the bridesmaid and accused her of doing it before we dropped the dress off and when I said that I brought them in the designer bags originally, they said I should have taken pictures before. I then said I had and when I went to get the pictures, they said they would take care of it and to come back the next day. I was so upset that they would turn this around on us and blame us for their mistakes. I left and came back the next day to initially find what I thought to be problems fixed and taken care of and realized later that was not the case. They didn't even discount the price for the trouble which was even more upsetting. Then when I got home and the girls tried on the dresses, I find that there was MORE stains on the dresses on the under layers. I WOULD DEFINITELY NOT REFER ANYONE TO THEM!!! Needless to say I did NOT take my wedding dress here!!!!
