  • Took me my daughter and little brother there because we was looking forward to trying there snow ice cream, and doughnut. So I look up times they closed on here and online it says 11pm, so got to the store at 8:55pm thinking it was early and plenty of time! Nope it wasn't as we waited our turn in line it was 9:04pm when the girl working was ready to take our order only to find out she said there closed and only doing regular ice cream. So I told her really online and on your guys door it says close at 11pm not 9!! She then tells me yea we changed it on the white board in the store, like how does that help anyone when it clearly says on your doors and online when you close at 11pm, how are people supposed to see a little white board in your store when they haven't been there before!!! Really ruined our first time experience there, really great such a good job! I wouldn't even rate them with one full star, I'd give them half a star!!
