Update!!!! I just got off the phone with Vic??? I think he is the Owner. He was not very happy with my review to say the least. He, in a very threatening and loud voice said that I was wrong.
That what they charged me was correct. I told him to calm down and stop yelling to no avail. So I then said that we have nothing more to discuss and I hung up. He called back. I knew right then what kind of jerk he is. I didn't wish to speak to him but he probably wouldn't let it go so I told him that I was recording this conversation. Obviously he didn't care because he went right on yelling and accusing of trying to sabotage his business. I just wrote what had happened to me at his business. I expressed an opinion and he went off on me like no other has ever before. I'm not an expert but unstable is what I would say he was. After we ended the second phone conversation he once again called back to continue yelling at me. In between calling me a liar and that I was being unreasonable and I was costing him thousands of dollars, he mentioned that I signed that I would notify them about any complaints before posting it on any social media. I didn't read that on the receipt, but yes there it was. Now why? I thought, does a company with a supposed good reputation need to put that on there repair order paperwork and have their customers sign it. Mentioning the warranty but not the" you can't post anything negative about them to other consumers thing"
Seems kind of Shady in my opinion.
UPDATE!!!!!!! As I'm writing this update he calls again. WOW...... Now he wants to involve his attorney.
WTF!!!!!!!
