Your belligerence, and combative comments to me on Saturday were so crazy, I had to review it. As someone who's in a service industry and is forced to Often deal with clients that have no idea what's going on, but think they're 100% accurate. But the first rule of service based business is something I livening.....the customer is ALWAYS right. Adapt and overcome behind the scenes but to antagonize a customer without provocation after an initial disagreement is madness. You're a clown, a disgrace and you should be ashamed of yourself and how you represented your team. Good luck in the future and I would stay TF away from van chevy, the place as a whole is shitshow and no one knows what TF anyone else is doing. AWFUL!
