  • Been going her for sometime. Gym is nice but the staff are very disconnected and seem to conveniently forget things. I am recovering from an injury and called them. They told me that the account would be frozen which means I would NOT be charged during the time it took me to "heal up". But as you can guess this was a lie, and I was charged. My trusting soul didn't notice the first charge and took me another month to realize that they were nailing me. As anyone would do, I called them thinking this could taken care of quickly, but I was immediately detoured and directed to those that are not there at any normal times........Beware of talking with these guys, get everything in writing and keep it close at hand when you open your bank statements......
