  • My heroes. The pest control guy showed up right on time only 2 days after I reported my problem. I had a wasp's nest outside, and I had the sense that had it been in a more dangerous place they would have come right on the day I called them; the phone operator asked me lots of questions about where it was to make sure it wasn't anywhere really dangerous. The exterminator that came was knowledgeable and courteous, and even gave me tips on what to do to keep the wasps from coming back. He stuck around to wait for one wasp that flew away when he killed the nest to come back, so he could make sure he got them all! He even cleaned up after himself, sweeping away and windexing the floor in my house where he tracked in dirt. Excellent.
