  • I've never done a Yelp review before, but I have to spread the word about these guys. I went to at least 10 stores looking at bikes. At performance I met Mitch, Joel, and Brian. All three are friendly, informative, and passionate about biking. They know their stuff and are willing to share their experience with you to help you make up your own mind. These guys are more passionate about customer service than the actual sale, you can tell by when asking about a specific item, they take the time to explain the differences between all the choices, NOT just point out the most expensive and recommend it. I told them when I left I was happy I bought my bike from them and I mean it.
