I have been using Watts Premier before they were purchased by Watts circa early 1990's. As far as the equipment goes it has always been over priced but i figured you get what you pay for. In late 2014 i purchased a six stage systems with twin 75 gpd membranes and as recommended by their phone sales representative a $175 booster pump since i am on a well system. Satisfied with my home system; In late 2015 i purchased the exact same system for my office. The only difference is i purchased directly on line. Last week the system in my office started making a water hammering noise that was coming from the automatic shut off valve (ASOV) and i noticed the booster pump did not shut off as the one at my home does.. Instead of arguing over a $15 part regarding warranty as they wanted me to remove the ASOV device send it back and wait for their determination if it was faulty, I decided to just purchase the part outright. Today i got a different service rep. who claims that because i ordered the system over the internet, the system was not under warranty and the booster pump was not intended to work with the twin 75 gpd membranes. This directly conflicts their "phone" recommendation that i needed a booster pump a year before which they say they have no record of...
Bottom line is their product is OK but their service representatives are incapable of any type of trouble shooting other than claiming thinks they recommended a year before are no longer recommended and no warranty applies.
To the management of Watts Premier I suggest you wake up to what you are doing and the people you employ. You will not get the return business and certainly not reasonable reviews if your company continues on this path. Next time i need filters i will consider replacing the entire unit
