  • I dined here over the weekend and while satisfied with my food, the service was extremely disappointing (if it wasn't for Drew). We waited over 20 minutes and received nothing, no water, no service... nothing. People that came in well over 15 minutes after us were served with water and/or drinks and people that came in the same time as us, already had food. No one even looked our way, then Drew came along. She noticed no one came over to help us the entire time. She said she would take our drink orders and find our waiter. Drew came back with our drinks and apologized on our waiter behalf. Drew came back pass after another 3-5 minutes and noticed our waiter still haven't came and she decided to put our order in herself. She also turned into our waiter, we never was able to meet our waiter. I guess she or he just didn't care! Drew comped our drinks for the bad service and we ended up tipping her 50% for the great service she provided. Thanks again Drew! If I am ever in Vegas, I will come back and ask for you! That's the only way I would ever eat at this place again. 0 Star for Serendipity 3 5 Stars for Drew
