  • I rented a vehicle from Thrifty at the Phoenix airport. I had reserved the car online and was charged $110 with the remaining of $65 to pay when I picked the car up. After I dropped the car off, they had charged my card an additional $157. I called Thrifty's main number and spoke with 3 people. None of them could help me. I will never rent from Thrifty again. Total rip-off. They add all kinds of fees that they do not tell you about. And you get "penalized" for booking online. They are telling me the $110 is the booking fee. Beware! They may seem inexpensive but they truly are not!!!
