  • First time using iCracked, also the first time I personally have shattered my phone screen (4 kids+a husband = MANY shattered phone screens, just never mine!). I contacted a local company who said they could replace my screen while I waited but they were very busy and couldn't do it until sometime the next day, hopefully. I contacted iCracked first thing this morning, received a quote (same price as other repair company) and selected a day and time (TODAY!) and... here's the best part... the certified technician CAME TO ME AT WORK! I received a text message confirming time and another when he was on his way. BEST SERVICE EVER!! Brett was prompt, quick and a very nice guy! I will certainly save them in my contacts, I know I will be contacting them again.
