  • I've never written a Walmart review because, well, after all, it's a Walmart with all the usual Walmart drawbacks. But today I decided I'm NOT going back there if I can help it. I'd rather pay more. In the parking lot today, several women in matching blue shirts were walking around, acting nutso, shaking down customers for a "women's shelter." They were incredible pests, couldn't get rid of them. (Who the hell cares if your name is Dusty???) Anyway, they were standing in the center of the parking lane, blocking traffic. I almost had an accident and had to honk to get them out of the way. At this point a young man associated with them angrily slammed his palm on my car. Nice. I parked a few rows away and went inside to talk to security. The female employee I spoke to was indifferent, not at all interested. So much for that. And so much for this Walmart. Next time I'll go to the Walmart neighborhood store on Stephanie. Or just use Amazon. Bad enough the horrible parking, long waits at checkstands, and lousy customer service. But when my security is threatened, enough is enough.
